Sea walls under construction to allow reclamation to begin
The site had to be dewatered and filled with sand brought in
by barge. The dozer is pushing sand into the location
during the rough shaping phase of construction.
Completed 14th hole showcases the dramatic transformation
of the harbor into a lush tropical golf course.
